The elves from the North Pole brought a special guest to Saskatoon Sunday.
Families bundled up in a biting wind to catch a glimpse of old Saint Nicolas during the 27th annual Santa Claus parade.
The festivities kicked off at 1 p.m., with floats heading down snowy streets to bring Christmas magic to children in the crowd.
Santa’s sleigh came to a halt at the Midtown Plaza main entrance, where Mr. Claus entered the mall signalling the beginning of Christmas season.
