RCMP say winter road conditions didn’t play a role in a deadly rollover over the weekend.
Around 8:10 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to a single-vehicle rollover two kilometres east of Kindersley on Highway 7.
The passenger, a 23-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, a 24-year-old man, was taken to Kindersley Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Neither person was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the rollover.
Police have ruled out alcohol and road conditions.
The crash is still under investigation and no charges have been laid at this time.
Kindersley is located 200 kilometres southwest of Saskatoon.
