A widely shared video posted to Facebook is giving people an eerie glimpse into Sunday’s mass shooting in Las Vegas.
Jeff Bridges, of Charlotte, N.C., on Monday posted footage of his 2016 visit to the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino.
In the post, he wrote that he and his wife had stayed in the same 32nd-floor hotel room apparently used by 64-year-old Stephen Paddock to fire on the crowd at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival Sunday.
The video shows Bridges giving a brief tour of the luxury suite, ending on a shot showing the view from the room down onto the Las Vegas strip, out the same windows Paddock would use a year later to commit a massacre that left 59 people dead and over 500 wounded as of Tuesday afternoon.
