A man has died after car rolled over west of North Battleford last Friday afternoon.
Maidstone emergency crews, along with Paynton fire, responded to the call of a single-vehicle rollover on a grid road five kilometres south of Paynton at around 4 p.m.
RCMP said Monday the backseat passenger of the car, a 48-year-old man from Poundmaker Cree Nation, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car, a 44-year-old man from North Battleford, and second passenger, a 58-year-old man from Poundmaker Cree Nation, were taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
Maidstone RCMP and an RCMP collision reconstructionist continue to investigate.
Paynton is located about 58 kilometres northwest of North Battleford.
