Lyle Jacques Chartier is charged with abduction, extortion, uttering threats, taking a vehicle and impaired driving.
It’s in connection to an incident with his girlfriend and child on Sunday.
Chartier’s girlfriend and child were found safe and sound but police haven’t located Chartier.
Anyone with any information on Chartier is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
