Two men and a woman from Quebec are facing charges following an investigation into fentanyl, cocaine and marijuana trafficking in Saskatoon.
City police said at around 5 p.m. Tuesday, members of the Saskatoon Integrated Drug Enforcement Street Team stopped a black Volkswagen on Millar Avenue.
Officers found more than 99 fentanyl pills, 1900 grams of marijuana, 165 grams of crack cocaine and 261 grams of powdered cocaine. The two men inside the vehicle were taken into custody.
Police said further investigation led officers to search an apartment in the 300 block of 5th Avenue North.
Inside, officers found more than $8,000 in cash, 62 grams of cocaine, 11 grams of marijuana and a number of cell phones.
A woman was found inside the apartment and arrested.
The two men, ages 29 and 30, are now facing numerous charges including possession fentanyl, marijuana and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
The 24-year-old woman is facing a charge of possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
All three appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Wednesday.
