Rumours are swirling that Saskatoon is already in line to get another Popeyes Chicken location.
The chain known for spicy Louisiana-style fried chicken opened its first location in the Bridge City on Wednesday, Aug. 2.
A manager at the newly opened restaurant in the Kensington neighbourhood told 650 CKOM that a second one is planned, and will likely open in the east end in less than a year.
The chain is also set to open a Regina location later this year.
