A man is facing several charges connected to trafficking fentanyl in Saskatoon.
Saskatoon police said officers arrested a 20-year-old man around 7 p.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Fairlight Drive.
During the arrest, the suspect was found to be in possession of 34 fentanyl pills, four hydromorphone pills and more than $900 in cash.
The suspect has been charged with trafficking fentanyl, possessing drugs for the purpose of trafficking and possessing proceeds of crime under $5,000.
A 23-year-old man was also arrested for possessing Fentanyl, but was later released without charges.
