A woman is facing charges after a melee at a Saskatoon drive-thru.
Police said they were called to a restaurant on the 2200 block of 22nd Street West around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The incident reportedly started when two men approached a vehicle stopped in the drive-thru.
Police reported that there was a verbal exchange between the men and the people in the car, which led to a 19-year-old passenger being stabbed in the face.
At this point, police said the woman driving the car took off then circled back to the restaurant and tried to run the two men down, hitting one of them.
Officers reportedly arrived just as the woman was taking a second run at the men with her vehicle.
The 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with impaired driving, refusing a breath test and two counts of assault with a weapon.
The 21-year-old man who was hit by the car was checked by paramedics at the scene but didn’t need to be taken to hospital.
Police said the 19-year-old passenger who got stabbed refused to give officers any information.
