Rush fever is taking off in Saskatoon as the Saskatchewan Rush continue their quest for a third straight National Lacrosse League title on Saturday.
To get fans excited, the team hosted a rally Friday afternoon outside the front entrance of Midtown Plaza.
The second annual rally featured music by DJ Anchor, food trucks, street performers, the Crush Dance team, and members of the Saskatchewan Rush.
Downtown businesses were being encouraged to support the occasion by decorating their storefront and to dress in green and black.

The team is also holding a free shoot around for fans outside SaskTel Centre on Saturday morning.
The Rush defeated the Colorado Mammoth 18-9 in game one of the best of three West division final last weekend. Game two of the series starts at 7:30 p.m. at SaskTel Centre.
If Colorado wins that game, a 10-minute mini game will take place right after to determine the winner of the series.
