Saskatoon police are looking for information after an early morning armed robbery.
Police said a man came into the Vern’s Place convenience store on 11th Street West just after midnight carrying a rifle.
The suspect was reportedly wearing a yellow bag on his head, pulled down to his nose.
He allegely pointed the rifle at the clerk behind the counter and demanded cash before leaving without taking anything.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 50’s with a salt-and-pepper beard and weighing about 200 pounds.
He was wearing a navy blue jacket and reportedly left the scene headed westbound on 11th Street West in a beige and grey SUV.
Anyone with information is being asked to call Saskatoon police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
