A rally on Highway 16 at the Langham weigh scales Monday night brought out more than 50 emergency vehicles and tow trucks.
According to the Langham Fire Department, it was in an effort to remind drivers to slow down to 60 km/h when passing vehicles with emergency lights on.
It comes after tow truck driver Courtney Schaefer was killed in a four-vehicle collision on Highway 22 near Gerald during the March 7th blizzard.
Fire departments from Borden, Langham, Delmeny, Martensville and Warman all took part.
Traffic was almost at a standstill as drivers moved passed the rally.
