RCMP responded to a crash involving multiple vehicles Tuesday afternoon.
White Butte RCMP responded the call on Highway 1 west of Regina near Pense.
Officers are asking the public to avoid the area.
As of 5:00 p.m. Highway 1 from Belle Plain to Regina is closed because of the crash and due to blizzard conditions.
Police are reminding drivers weather conditions around the province have made highway travel dangerous in many parts of the province.
On our CJME text line people are saying it involves 12 vehicles, with one upside down in the middle of both east bound lanes.
