Saskatoon police have arrested and charged a 30-year-old man in connection with an armed robbery at the Royal Bank on 8th Street.
Two men went into the building armed with a handgun around 4 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2017.
According to police, the suspects demanded money and assaulted an employee then fled in a black vehicle.
On Thursday night, police arrested a suspect following an incident involving a stolen vehicle.
He faces multiple charges including robbery with a handgun, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.
