Regina was dealing with extreme cold for another day Thursday.
The entire province was under an extreme cold weather warning Thursday morning, with wind chills expected to reach -45 C.
Extreme wind chills redeveloped overnight, after the province was placed under a similar warning Wednesday.
Strong winds were gusting over 50 km/h. The conditions were such that exposed skin could freeze in five to 10 minutes.
A blowing snow advisory was also in place for Regina but it ended Thursday morning.
