Anthony Bluecloud was last seen on 2nd Avenue South around 3 p.m. on Jan. 5th.
He’s described as Indigenous, described as being 5’8″ in height, 160 lbs. He has a short “buzz cut” hair style. He has a “IV” tattooed on his left cheek and a “XI” tattooed on his right cheek.
Police have not provided a photo of Bluecloud.
