RCMP went to Montreal Lake Cree Nation early Monday morning following multiple calls of a man with a gun.
Officers found a man and woman who were apparently assaulted inside a home and another man at a second location was shot in the leg.
Police found and arrested a man without incident at another residence. He remains in police custody.
The wounded man was taken to the health clinic for treatment. No information on his condition has been released.
