Just before 4 p.m. on Thursday the Regina Police Service said its members were on scene at the 2000 block of Broder Street, just south of Victoria Avenue, conducting an operation.
Police asked the public to avoid the area and to not post any information or photos about officer’s whereabouts on of social media.
