People in Saskatoon can expect to see rescue crews out on the water Tuesday.
The Saskatoon Fire Department is set to practise their water rescue skills in the challenging environment by the city’s weir.
Training sessions are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., and will involve members going over the weir on the fire department rescue craft.
People are reminded to always stay outside the boundaries of the weir for safety sake.
