A 22-year-old man is facing charges stemming from a daylight robbery at a Saskatoon pharmacy.
Police reported Friday that officers were called shortly after noon Thursday to the Shoppers Drug Mart on the 1200 block of 7th Avenue North.
A man allegedly came into the store with a gun demanding perscription drugs.
Police caught up with him on the 600 block of Confederation Drive, where he was arrested.
Officers seized prescription narcotics and an imitation handgun.
The suspect has been charged with armed robbery, wearing a disguise while committing an offence and two breaches of court orders.
He made his first court appearance Friday morning.
