Firefighters were called to 219 Avenue N South for a fire in a third-floor apartment at 1:07 p.m.
Everyone got out okay but the damage is estimated at around $200,000.
The blaze has the Saskatoon Fire Department reminding people to double check all cooking appliances are turned off after use.
