Construction work in Regina will continue regardless of the weather.
Heavy rain, and even the possibility of snow, is in the forecast.
But that won’t put the brakes on the major repaving still left to do at Ring Road, 9th Avenue North and north Albert Street.
However, the city’s Norm Kyle confirms some projects will be deferred.
“If we do have to defer anything it will be some of the more local projects which allows us to, really if it is a nice spring, we can fire up and get those early in the spring next year,” Kyle explained.
“Overall we are looking fairly good considering the amount of work we had this year.”
For those regularly traveling the Ring Road, the Victoria Avenue bridge is scheduled to be done the week of Oct. 17.
