Martel on the Move: Fans experience new Mosaic Stadium

Under a clear blue sky, thousands of fans packed into Mosaic Stadium Saturday afternoon to be among the first to experience the brand new $278-million venue.

CIS football served as the first test event as the University of Regina Rams and University of Saskatchewan Huskies battled it out in Canada West action.

While not all aspects of the facility are finished, fans seemed to agree the test event earned a passing grade in this week’s Martel on the Move with 980 CJME’s Kevin Martel.
