It’s technically still summer in Saskatoon, but more importantly, it will actually feel like it well into September.
Daily highs this week are expected to peak in the low to mid 20 C range and the prediction is that above average temperatures will stick around into Saturday.
The Weather Network released its fall forecast on Wednesday, saying Saskatonians should expect to enjoy bursts of warm weather for the rest of September and even into October.
However, the warm weather prediction comes with a warning to keep the toques, scarves and mittens handy.
The fall forecast predicts the Prairies will experience significant swings in temperatures, which could mean an early dose of winter for some.
