People in Harbour Landing are taking a turn putting up with a bad smell on Wednesday, but it has nothing to do with the stink in the northwest.
SaskEnergy is doing some maintenance work on a station near Harbour Landing. Crews will have to cut into an empty pipe. They have the area enclosed and filter systems in place, but some of the odourant that smells like rotten eggs may be released into the air.
If you smell this in any other neighbourhood besides the area around Harbour Landing and the south end, it’s still a good safety measure to call it in.
