Saskatoon police have used a taser on a second suspect this week.
A 34-year-old man was reportedly tasered around noon Tuesday by officers responding to a call of a woman screaming from inside a home on the 200 block of Dickey Crescent.
In a media release Tuesday afternoon, police said the man was tasered after he refused to obey officers’ commands and acted in a threatening manner.
The 34-year-old man was arrested at the scene. Police reported that a woman found in the home was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police previously reported on Monday an officer used a taser on a 27-year-old man after getting punched in the face.
