The field at the new Mosaic Stadium now has a green carpet.
The stadium Twitter account tweeted a few photos Thursday of what the turf looks like at this point in the installation process.
They started rolling out the green carpet July 12 with completion expected in five weeks.

The turf itself is the same kind used in several NFL stadiums and is made from 30,000 recycled tires.
The University of Regina Rams and University of Saskatchewan Huskies will be first to play on the new field in a test game set for Oct. 1.
