Regina police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a suspicious man.
Police said that on July 23 a man sitting in a car called out to two women walking around Osler Street and 12th Avenue asking if they wanted to see his puppy, which he said was for sale.
The women did not approach his car and the man eventually drove off.
Police said the same suspect was seen around Jack Mackenzie school in the cities east end on July 26.
The man is described as African American, with a medium build, average weight and height, he is in his late 20’s, early 30’s, had very short hair and no facial hair.
He was driving a red four door car, possibly a 1990’s Buick, which had no license plate on the back but had a piece of paper in the window.
