A fight on the weekend has led to charges for a 15-year-old Regina girl.
Police were called to Dewdney Avenue and Montague Street at 11:40 p.m. Saturday for a report of a fight between two girls, with one alleged to have a weapon.
It was all over by the time officers arrived, but one girl was found injured. She was taken to hospital and is expected to recover
A short time later, another girl was found and charged with assault with a weapon. She will make her first court appearance on Sept 15.
The girl facing charges can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
