An 18-year-old man was arrested on a Canada-wide warrant Friday morning in Regina.
It began when police were called to the 3500 block of Dewdney Avenue, west of Elphinstone Street, about an assault.
While they were looking in to the assault, police spoke to a man and eventually found out he had a warrant out for his arrest.
The man was arrested after a brief struggle.
Aiden Josie is charged with resisting arrest and also faces charges related to the warrant.
Josie will make his first court appearance Monday morning.
