Jasmine Kaye-Masuskapeo, 17, was last seen June 15 in North Battleford and her family is concerned for her well-being.
She’s described as 5’4” with a heavier build, blond hair and blue eyes.
She previously went missing May 17, and was found four days later in Saskatoon.
