A developer can now continue to go ahead with servicing a site where a new P3 school in Regina is being built.
The city says it’s satisfied the Rosewood Park Alliance Church has met the conditions administration set out recently.
The church is developing the area in the northwest, but ran into some trouble when the city served notice saying the church was in default of the service agreement.
The city said it wanted a construction schedule and a financial plan, along with how the church planned to pay off creditors.
