The Rocky Mountain Raiders defeated the Saskatoon Stars 3-1 on Tuesday at the Esso Cup midget girls hockey championships in Weyburn, Sask.
Goals from Paige Russell (Strathmore, Alta.), Kennedy Moore (Chestermere, Alta.) and Megan Campbell (Cochrane, Alta.) lifted the Rocky Mountain Raiders past the previously unbeaten Saskatoon Stars on Tuesday afternoon.
McKenna Parker scored the lone Stars’ goal.
Saskatoon is now 2 -1, and will play Brantford on Wednesday.
