Regina police have charged a 37-year-old man after hitting a teenager with his vehicle.
The accident happened around 4:30 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Argyle Street and Woodward Avenue — that’s by Archbishop M.C. O’Neill High School in Coronation Park.
