It might not be obvious, but the Saskatchewan Roughriders have a new look.
The team officially unveiled changes to its logo Wednesday.
“The timing was right for us to refresh and update our logo as we begin a new jersey partnership with Adidas, and prepare to move into new Mosaic Stadium,” said Riders vice-president of business development and marketing Gregg Sauter in a news release.
The Riders summarize the changes as:

The logo is being integrated now and will fully take over in 2017.
It will be available on Rider merchandise soon.
