The campaign to convert the former Mendel Art Gallery building into a children’s museum is getting a boost
PotashCorp announced a contribution of $2.5 million to the Children’s Discovery Museum on the Saskatchewan on Tuesday morning.
The donation will give the fertilizer company naming rights to the new museum, which will feature exhibits meant to get kids interested in science, culture and art.
Organizers hope to open the new museum in 2018.
