People in Regina who enjoyed a real Christmas tree can start recycling them Tuesday.
The City of Regina’s Treecycle depots open on Tuesday, and will stay open until Jan. 30, 2016. Staff will be on hand to help people on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Anyone dropping off a tree at the landfill won’t be charged a fee.
The city asks that people remove any tinsel and decorations from the tree. The trees will be turned into nutrient-rich compost.
