A section of Dewdney Avenue was blocked off as the Regina Police Service executed a high-risk warrant Wednesday morning.
The warrant from the police service’s drug unit was executed on the 3400 block of Dewdney Avenue starting at 10 a.m. As a precaution, a “safety perimeter” was established.
A police spokesperson confirms that four men and one woman were inside the home when the warrant was executed. Charges are pending, but it’s not yet known what charges will be laid, or how many people will face charges.
