A man accused of secretly recording women in Saskatoon while they were undressing was released from custody after his first court appearance Thursday morning.
On Nov. 25, 2014 Saskatoon police were called to a business in the 3500 block of 8th Street East following reports that a man was filming customers without their consent.
The police service’s vice unit initiated a year-long investigation and found that the man had taken several voyeuristic videos at various locations in Saskatoon where customers expect a high degree of privacy.
Harley Irwin, 29, is charged with 18 counts of voyeurism and will be back in court on Dec. 22.
