An 84-year-old man from Swift Current was killed when he was struck by a truck Thursday night.
RCMP say the man was walking on Highway 1 within city limits when he was struck by a truck around 6:15 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The eastbound lane of Highway 1 was closed by the Nissan dealership until about 1:30 a.m. Friday.
