Fifteen cows are dead after the semi trailer they were in rolled just outside Assiniboia Saturday night.
The rollover happened before 9 p.m. at the intersection of Highways 13 and 2, just outside Assiniboia. The semi was carrying 113 cows.
RCMP worked into the night to get the cattle out of the trailer and the intersection was closed for several hours.
The intersection was cleared by 1 a.m.
