Two people are dead following a two-vehicle crash near Springside Tuesday afternoon.
RCMP say an SUV heading north collided with a semi travelling east at the intersection of Highways 16 and 47 near Springside around 1:30 p.m.
A man and woman in the SUV died at the scene. The semi driver was not hurt.
Traffic was diverted from the scene throughout the evening; it was reopened by 11 p.m.
