One of the two teenagers accused of murdering a Regina teen, Hannah Leflar, will not be granted bail.
Bail reports had been previously ordered for the teen, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Those reports favoured him staying in jail, and his defense lawyer agreed in court Tuesday morning, consenting for him to remain in remand.
Hannah was found dead at a home on Garnet Street North this past January.
