Regina police expect charges to be laid after a crash at Victoria Avenue and Ring Road just after 6:30 on Wednesday night.
They say a vehicle heading east on Victoria Avenue hit a vehicle going north on Ring Road that was trying to turn west onto Victoria Avenue.
A 23-year-old man driving the vehicle trying to turn was taken to Regina General Hospital with serious injuries. His passenger wasn’t hurt.
The driver of the other vehicle was treated and released at the scene.
Police haven’t said what caused the collision.
