A 33-year-old man has been charged after swimming across the South Saskatchewan River on Wednesday afternoon.
The man swam across the river and reached the shore, at which time he was arrested and charged under the city bylaw.
He was seen swimming around 4 p.m. near the 600 block of Spadina Crescent.
