12:00 – Free take-home HIV test kits are now available at 23 locations around Saskatchewan, and advocates say it’s a big step towards lowering the province’s high rates of the disease. Cheryl Baryon with the Persons Living with AIDS Network of Saskatchewan says the test kits are a valuable tool, particularly for remote communities without access to regular testing, and she joins Gormley to tell us more.
