Microbiologist Dr. Joseph Blondeau joins Gormley to look back at the pandemic in Saskatchewan, some of our successes and failures, and the impact our vaccination efforts have made in reaching herd immunity and protecting unvaccinated children under 12.

10:00 – An inquiry has been launched into the Estevan Police Service, examining its workplace culture, health and well-being supports for officers, and the role of its board and chief of police. The inquest follows the resignation of Chief Paul Ladouceur, and the death of former Estevan officer Jay Pierson, who died after a long struggle with PTSD. Casey Ward with the Sask. Federation of Police Officers joins Gormley to tell us more about the issues that led to the inquiry.

Four members of the CFL squad suffered Achilles tendon injuries during a pre-camp workout Thursday, raising a number of questions. Britton Gray is our Rider Reporter and he joins Gormley now to tell us about the start of training camp and what position the Green and White are in as they prepare for the season ahead.
