8:30 – It’s a big week for CFL fans, as the league holds its Grey Cup Unite event. The first day of the virtual celebration saw CFL Commissioner Randy Ambrosie promise a schedule for the 2021 season “very soon,” and inform fans he’s optimistic that football will be back on Canadian fields next season. Green Zone Host Jamie Nye joins Gormley to tell us just how excited we should really be about this announcement.

10:00 – The Canadian Trucking Alliance is calling on the federal government to end a tax scheme they’re calling “Driver Inc.,” which sees individual drivers incorporate themselves and sell their services to a small carrier. They are not owner/operators, but continue to drive the carrier’s vehicles, but are not technically employees, which allows them to take advantage of small business tax deductions and avoid tax obligations. CTA President Stephen Laskowski joins Gormley to tell us more.

NoSnow owner (and shoveler) Bailey Mosiman joins Gormley to tell us more about his app. Has your community done a good job with snow clearing since our big blizzard? Give us a call at 1-877-332-8255 and let us know!

The annual program promotes Saskatchewan online by employing a full-time blogger to wander the province and highlight hidden gems, little-known spots, and some of the coolest locations. Leah Mertz is the 2020 Saskatchewanderer, and she joins Gormley to tell him about her experience.
