Toronto Sun Columnist Brian Lilley joins Drew to discuss the speech from the throne, the confidence vote, and what the premiers are looking for from Ottawa.

10:00 – The recent implementation of the CERB has sparked interest in the possibility of a Guaranteed Annual Income for Canada. It sounds great in theory, but according to a new report from the Fraser Institute the cost of such a program could be as much as $464.5 billion, and would increase federal program spending by 132% from 2019/20 levels. Tegan Hill is an economist with the Fraser Institute, and she joins Drew to discuss the massive cost of a universal income.

Schenn’s son Brayden brough home the cup for the St. Louis Blues last year, and this year his son Luke is in the hunt with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Schenn joins Drew to tell us how it feels to have two sons competing at the highest levels in hockey.
