The Holiday Light Tour, which is now in its 18th year, officially kicks off on Saturday at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park.
The annual tradition, sponsored by BHP Billiton, drew 70,000 people last year and raised more than $200,000 for the Saskatoon Zoo Foundation and Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation.
New to this year’s light display is the Nutcracker Ballet.
Opening night for vehicle traffic is Saturday, Nov. 19.
The tour remains open through Jan. 7.
